大雄想要养狗，但想当然耳妈妈又是不同意。觉得大雄可怜的哆啦A梦就拿出了「宠物笔」，据说用这个笔把狗或猫画在纸上面，就会动会叫，俨然可以当成宠物一样。大雄想拿这个画一只狗一样，但是因为画画功力不够好，最后变成一只既像老鼠又像鳄鱼的四不像……「虽然真的很奇怪，不过它还是我的狗！」大雄于是将这只狗命名为「鳄鱼」，好好的宠爱它，不过，各式各样的事件却接连发生……？
