Knick: Doktoři bez hranic je nový dramatický seriál z produkce Cinemaxu od oscarového režiséra Stevena Soderbergha. Odehrává se v centrálním New Yorku roku 1900 a soustředí se na legendární nemocnici Knickerbocker Hospital, kde na začátku dvacátého století pokrokoví lékaři, zdravotní sestry a všechen ostatní personál posouvali hranice medicíny v době, kdy úmrtnost lámala rekordy a antibiotika neexistovala. Clive Owen ztvárňuje hlavní roli doktora Johna Thackeryho, skvělého chirurga, jenž je průkopníkem nových metod v oboru, navzdory své vážné závislosti na kokainu.
